Delivery and Returns
- Orders are usually shipped once a week. If you require something more urgently than this, please get in touch and I will try my best to accommodate your request.
- Throughout December orders are shipped several times a week to ensure you receive your gifts in good time before the holidays.
- Local pick up in Glasgow is also available on request - please get in touch via instagram or the contact form on the shop website to arrange.
- A first class tracked and signed-for service is used for every order to guarantee that your goods arrive as safely and securely as possible whilst keeping postage costs at an affordable level.
- Postage costs include Royal Mail postage costs, as well as a small additional amount to cover the cost of packaging materials.
- Please ensure that you provide full and accurate address details. I cannot accept responsibility for orders that are lost due to incorrect address information, and as such won't be able to issue refunds or replacements for lost or undelivered orders in these instances.
- Once orders are shipped they can take 1-2 days to arrive in the UK, and around 7-14 days for international deliveries. I am not able to guarantee delivery times.
- I make every effort to ensure that the goods I sell are of the highest quality, and that they are accurately described and pictured on the site. If there is something wrong with your item, please get in touch.
- I am not able to accept returns due to clothing items being the wrong size. Exact measurements are provided with each item and it is recommended that you compare with an existing item of clothing before purchasing.
